List of drifting buoys possibly ashore

This blacklist presents a list of buoys which we identified as probably ashore. The only criterium to build this blacklist is : drift slower than 2 nautical miles over the 10 past days (i.e. less than 0.01 knot). However , please take into account the following notes :

- The fifth digit of WMO Ids for drifting buoys is comprised between 5 and 9 including. If a moored buoy appears in the list, probably the moored buoy reports with an unappropriate WMO Id,
- Ice drifters with very slow drift may appear sometimes...
- Some buoys, located through a GPS, can have this device out of order too and then the position is not renewed and the buoy is detected as ashore...
